Teacher’s Day 2023 Speech

Knowledge itself teaches a person to live a life worth living. Just as a craftsman gives shape to a stone and removes its defects by heating raw clay. In the same way, a teacher also makes him/her capable of removing the defects of the students. The teacher is that unending source of knowledge, which creates the fortunes of millions of students. He is such a storehouse of knowledge, which itself perishes in the making of others. It is said that after the birth of a child, its mother is the first teacher who gives the knowledge of letters. There are teachers in the second place, Those who make us capable and give worldly understanding. The lessons taught by teachers in the test of life take us to the heights of success. Gurus have played a special role in our lives since ancient times. Teachers’ Day is celebrated every year in India on the 5th of September in honor of teachers. On this day teachers are honored for their untold contributions in the development of society.

Let us tell you that Teacher’s Day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the first Vice President and second President of the country. When Dr. Saheb took office as the second President of India in 1962, some of his friends, disciples and relatives came to him to celebrate his birthday and requested to allow him to celebrate his birthday. But Dr. Sahab’s simplicity captivated everyone here too. He said that instead of celebrating my birthday separately, celebrate this day as Teacher’s Day. That is why Teacher’s Day is celebrated every year on the 5th of September. There are only two days left in Teacher’s Day, from now on, the preparations for Teachers’ Day have started in schools and colleges. Every year on this day the teachers are honored with the award.

In the school, students present a program of dance and singing performances to their teachers. In addition, speech competitions are organized in schools and other educational institutions. In such a situation, if you are also going to participate in the speech competition to praise your teachers and tell the importance of teachers in life, then definitely have a look at this article of ours. quenching the thirst for knowledge, of every peer.

Consider a teacher Paras, consider yourself to be an iron,
become as soon as you touch it, all are equal.

Without a teacher, there is no great
teacher in the world, he puts life in dead dreams

The stage will resonate with applause

If you want the stage operator’s voice to be suppressed by the thunder of applause as soon as you hear your name before climbing the stage and the noise of your name reverberates throughout the stadium, then start the speech with a wonderful couplet or poem on the teacher. Also mention an interesting story related to your life in between the speeches. Also, while telling the importance of Teacher’s Day, including important messages, quotes, thoughts etc. from the life of Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan, the first Vice President of India and second President, in your speech.

who teach us to live honestly.

Respected Principal Sir, Respected teachers and my dear friends, today we are present here to celebrate Teacher’s Day. First of all, Happy Teacher’s Day to all of you. Teacher’s Day is celebrated every year on 05 September. On this day the first Vice President and second President of the country, Dr. Radha Krishnan was born. Doctor. Saheb was born in the year 1988 in Tirutani, a small village in Tamil Nadu. Despite being financially weak, he was very interested in his studies. He did his early education at Gaudi School in Tiruvallur and Mission School in Tirupati. After this, he completed his studies at Christian College through scholarship. In 1916 he did his MA in Philosophy and became an assistant professor at Madras Residency College. At the age of 16, Dr. Saheb got married. Radha Krishnan was awarded the Nobel Prize 27 times and was awarded the Bharat Ratna in 1954. Mention the thoughts of Dr. Radhakrishnan here, it will increase people’s interest in your speech.

Radha Krishnan used to say that………

1. “The teacher is not the one who forces the facts into the mind of the student, but the real teacher is the one who prepares him for the challenges of tomorrow.”

2. “Books are the medium through which bridges can be built between different cultures.”

3. He used to say that… “God is not worshipped but those who claim to speak his name.”

4. “The human mind can be used only through education. Education should be managed by treating the world as a single entity.

These thoughts of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan will prove to be helpful in making your speech strong, these quotes will add life to your speech. In such a situation, do not forget to mention these quotes in the middle of the speech.

End the speech with these Short Poems below

The creator of the fortune of the world is
the savior of our life, he is a teacher like God,
spreading light to himself.

May I call you the creator of
fortune or, the eternal source of knowledge in
which it flows.
One who shows the selfless path,
in making someone, who himself would have been destroyed.
He is such a storehouse of knowledge to
which every faithful has a right.

In this way prepare your speech on Teacher’s Day. Believe me, your speech will make Teacher’s Day memorable.
